Writing Contest (co-sponsored by Quesada eTechnologies)

The First Pozorrubio Essay/Expository Writing Contest was sponsored by Quesada eTechnologies together with the St. Philomena's Academy alumni Batch '64. Contest was luanched in July 2009 and culminated in the Awarding Ceremony of winners in January 14, 2010 at the Function Hall of the Executive Building of Pozorrubio, Pangasinan.
